We do not have a callout charge though there is a minimum charge of one hour.

Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm £60/hour pro rata after the first hour. At all other times £80/hour

For lockouts we do not charge for more than one hour. If it takes longer than an hour to gain entry to a property it is our fault and not yours!

All locks and hardware are charged at rrp. (recomended retail price)
